FAQs

Questions, answered

Where is the Melbourne Star?

In Docklands, at 101 Waterfront City, minutes from the CBD and inside the free tram zone.

Is there parking?

Yes. There’s parking at The District Docklands right next door, including accessible parking.

What happens if it rains?

Nothing changes. Cabins are fully enclosed and climate controlled, so we run rain or shine.

What time should I arrive?

It depends on your ticket. Classic Spin day tickets are good any time we’re open during the day; night tickets, any time after 5pm. If you’ve booked an experience with a set time, aim to arrive 10 minutes before, so our team can get you on as close to your time as possible.
